You're unfortunatly missing a joint just above the hoof, which is something missing in the Tauren model but not the Draenei...I wish they'dupdatethemodelsalready! Heres a movement pose anatomy reference: [link] Having the missing joint included will help to stop the lower part of the legs and hooves looking stiff, I hope this helps!
I swear I included it in the first 3 steps as a ball.. ogwait, no its there - just hidden under the tuffs of hair and not drawn very well in the base shapes >.<

I can only really see two joint, the knee ad ankle joints, the 'toe' joint of the hooves is missing - giving them a club footed appearance. Oh god yes very, I cant stand behind our raid Tauren when healing because I stare at his hooves...
